Very clean place, excellant value for money. The hotel itself is superior, we loved stuff and location. The view from the superior queen room was beautiful! Apart from that, joseph cathedral was 5 minutes away by driving. Food was well priced.

The location is very good, the breakfast is satisfactory. It is right by Kiem Lake. Within walking distance of st joseph's cathedral that was our destination.
